Banana Choco Muffin

Very Ripe Banana? Don't throw it away!

I did some searching on blog who bake banana muffin, and found out on http://www.oureverydaythings.com/2010/09/making-fail-proof-banana-muffins/
You can snip the original recipe there.
I baked three time already and the last one, I did some change by coincidence, turn out good and most important thing, Daddy and Josh Love it.

Here the recipe (8 servings depend on the tin):
7-8  Banana Mashed - medium size (i.e. pisang madu medan, pisang ambon)
3/4  Cup caster sugar (you can put less if you want too)
1/3  Cup Butter melted. (It's will give your muffin surface oily look)
1     Slightly beaten Egg
1     teaspoon Baking soda
1     teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2  teaspoon of Salt
1     Cup of Flour (original recipe - 1.5Cup)
1/4  Cup Choco chip (for garnish only)

Mix all ingredient step by step and it's shall mix well.
Pour 1 spoon to the greased tin, then put some choco chip in the middle, then pour again till full.
I did put some choco chip in the surface, but it's not really melted. I shall dip it.
Bake it for 20 Minutes on 170 C and watch.

P.s.
I used whatever small cake tin available in home, If you can get better one, Do it :)
I used less flour (from 1.5 Cup to 1 Cup by coincidence), and it's turn out softer and moisture. It's based on preference, just try it.
