Josh and Sunday School

I owe Josh to writing about his Sunday School activity.


Honestly, when I was child, I refuse to go to Sunday school. I was around 8 years old and I felt I can't join the peer group. I came to the Sunday service for all age kids but not the school.


Now I want Josh to feel comfort in Sunday School. I started to bring him early - 6 months old.
Off time if Josh fall sick, cause I didn't want other kids got the virus, mm and the truth I didn't want their parents starring at me also *hehehe*.


There other thing that I still struggling with, it was Josh who can scratch to show his unlikeness, most happen on playing time when kids snatch the toy from other. 
Last time, If he refuse to do or didn't something, he will lick the floor.
I can say I'm afraid that he unintentionally hurt other kids. But it won't make me not taking him to Sunday School. I shall quickly hop to the middle to prevent it happen. 

The duration of Sunday School was around 1 hour, considering that kid can't concentrate for a quite long period. Start with Sing a Song to praising Our Lord. 
Kid's Bible Song is easy to sing with lot of movement so the kid will attract and enjoy.
Then the bible story telling time and Teacher will show the pictures, illustration, etc.
Close with the craft activity which amazed me of how creative the Sunday School Teacher must be. 
Their really do a hard work to prepared this all.
I keep it in home, you can guess what happen if I gave it to Josh. Broke into pieces, surely thing he will do for fulfill his curiosity.

What I love about Sunday School is the teaching of God's Word for kids.
Just believe that we shall prepare their heart since early days.
Build a good habit as early as we can, and hope it's continue till they grown up.
