Saat Paman Peter dan Keluarga Berkunjung

Paman Peter ini teman Papa Josh. Mereka berkenalan waktu di xiamen yang nyatanya punya selera makan yang cocok. Tak heran dari jaman Paman Peter single dimana Josh masih di rahim hingga sekarang Paman Peter sudah berkeluarga, pertemanan masih berlanjut.

Sebenarnya Sabtu lalu harusnya Paman Peter kumpul bersama di Scientia Square. Namun karena Aunt Linda sakit jadinya mereka batal join.

Alhasil Sabtu ini mereka datang, mengingat jadwal les Ruth lagi libur.
Namun Josh dan Mama tidak menemani aktivitas mereka disana.
Hingga jam 2 siang, mampirlah Paman Peter kerumah.

Mulai dari main Otello with Ruth, hingga main piano bergantian.
Erhmmm sebenarnya susah bener minta Josh latihan piano. Tapi pas ada teman, Josh langsung ingin menunjukkan kemampuann nya main piano, walau masih sering salah entah karena grogi dilihatin, semoga Josh lebih rajin yah latihan.
Josh masih harus belajar sabar untuk mengajari teman bermain. Kelihatan Josh tak sabar saat main otello dengan Ruth. Mamapun cerita dulu Papa Mama harus extra sabar sama Josh loo waktu Josh sama sekali belum bisa.

Dari rumah, pindah ke mall cari celana panjang untuk Ruth.
Saat Papa sudah pulang kerja, maka kami berangkat ke Soto Hj Mamat kesukaannya Aunt Linda.

Wah bersyukur banget ada sisa porsi pas sesudah kami makan, tempat ini segera tutup karena sudah habis.
Padahal jam masih sore. Laku pisan.

Dari sana, pindah ke resto sebelah. Pesan es campur sambi ngobrol dan bermain.

Walau hanya stengah hari, Josh kembali belajar menikmati waktu bersama orang lain.

4 August - Meet lovely friends from SAAT Malang

An August month always left undescribe feeling in my heart.
But if I saw it back year by year there always new moment created.

So yesterday, I have a short moment to meet with two of lovely friends from SAAT Malang.

They all served in church now with all the blessing and struggle.
Love to hear from them and pray for their ministry.

Wait for another moment with them.

Family isn't always Blood

I got a family with Domba Kristus community.

Here how I spent the saturday.

Try to getting know and sharing our life.

For the very first time, with Josh, visited Rovi and Yona's home.

Yona is the most positive person and full of hope I ever met till now. While the Rovi is so much loving husband to hers.

Welcome by Chanel, Josh a little bit shock by how big the size. But after a while we been amazed by the warm, sweet, nice, playfull gesture. Sound like the owner.

It was a pleasure having a warm lunch with this family. A short meaningful one.

Will visit again one day.

At noon, we got to gather with other families in Ko Andy and Ci Fei home.

This family is another one to idolized hehehe.

Each families have their own struggle, pray may we can keep encourage each other in God's love. 

Growing in Faith, growing more like Christ.

Josh and Grandmas - goes to Pool

My mom childhood friend was coming from surabaya.
She told me about how she and my mom love to swimming all the time while they were young in Siantar.

After picked up Josh from mandarin course, we headed to the pool.

Both grandma still like to pose for picture :).

Glad to see, how friendship keep going till your old days.

I also wish and pray that I have one to.

Josh 5th Birthday - HotWheel Theme

I promised my self long ago, for Josh 5th Birthday, I will make a proper one for him. Proper means, inviting his friend, having a theme birthday party, games with friend, sort of stuff.

I did't like to be in hurry and squeezing situation, but again, I want to fulfill my own promise.

I asked Josh, what he like for this year theme, he said Hotwheel. (ok, It's keep changing actually, till one week before the day).

Choosing the place is also challenging. The place that we wish to have party on, will not received any celebration during this month.

Search for the other place, but counting the kid's who will attend the party, I urge Daddy to allowed me having a birthday party at home.

Yups, will need a lot of work, when I get permission, I promise to keep my emotion under control, so daddy won't regret it.

For Birthday party, we finally decide to move it one day earlier, considering my trip start at 1 July, and still lot need to be prepared.

First, making birthday invitation.

Second, search for printable Hotwheel stuff for decoration.

Third, search for Hotwheel related games.

Fourth, decide for Cake and Food, all being sub, no selfmade or cook. 

Final only decide to make Salad, and Traffic light from Kiwi fruit coating with chocolate.

Fifth, prepare the goody bag, and stuff.

For the guest, I decided to only invite several friends, considering the place and comfort. For Josh's school friend, will having a birthday in school. 

Start games at 11.00, there were three games inspired from google, 

1. Hotwheel race point.

2. Pin the wheel.

3. Hotweel puzzle. (brought the book from the bookstore)

(I prepared 5 games actually, but since this mama who busy with all, and tried to being an MC also, I forgot it completely).

All sing the song for Josh, and we close it with lunch.

Josh keep saying he love me. He also said he love his birthday party.

Thanks my dear Josh, your mommy is not perfect, but do try her best. 

Hopefully you get it when you are older and enough to understand.

On 28 June 2015, Mom, Dad pray for Josh. Our pray may you grow as your name wish you too.

At night we having dinner with family.

During this moment, I really miss Josh's uncle.

Miss how he prepared those Lego present for Josh last year.

Miss how he eat dinner with us.

P.S. There is one thing amaze me.

When the party over, I'm thinking why it's not dirty as I thought? food may be spilled over by children and it's natural, I already prepare my self for all the mess hahaha.

Then I realized, all mommy who comes, they all very considerate, they clean it directly. The reason why? most of them not having a maid similar like me, I guess they know cleaning process also a tough job ^^/. I'm really proud of them.

Malang Trip - Jatim Park 1 - October 2014

Still in Malang Area, for Josh K1, mid term holiday in October 2014, on the same day to Museum Angkut, we begin visiting Jatim Park 1, click here.

I think we can spent whole day in the park only, but a tight schedule make us spent only half day.

Surely, I will bring Josh back.

SSP - Scientia Square Park Summarecon Serpong

Location: Summarecon Digital Center - Summarecon Serpong.
Took highway from Kebun Jeruk, exit in  Tangerang Serpong, choose the right side - Kelapa dua sign.
From Summarecon Mall, go straight with the road, till find a brigde and turn right after Giant Hyperstore.
The nearest known area: UMN - university.
Price: 25.000 idr weekend, 15.000idr weekday.

Since it's was near from our living area, we have been there several time before the grand opening, before the entrance fee charged exactly.

What I love about this place, all about hobby and community. And still have a large space for Josh to run.

From wall climbing, skateboard, mini motorcross, racing car, or just want to relax on giant swing, have a fishing, or walk in a mini paddyfield, watch the methamorfose from butterfly, or just spend time sitting on the bench, name it.

According to the staff On the paddyfield every first weekend of the month, the will be a buffalo on the site.

In the weekdat night, when the sky is clear, I love to laying down and watching the sky.

So last friday, when we have a holiday and need to finished the book chapter discussed in our group, I simply recommended this place. There will be a place for discussion while children can enjoy their time. Bring spare clothes and put on suncream also (for the day time).

Dokter Cilik - Omni Hospital

Last Saturday 7 February, Josh and 4 others school friend register for "Dokter Cilik" activity at Omni Hospital Alam Sutera.
It's located on the first floor side by side with the Children's Hospital Consultation Room.

Started at 4pm till 6pm, All room was designed for "Dokter Cilik" activity.
Josh enter the pharmacy room and pretend to prepare the drug by grinding the sugar and scoop to the capsule. Continue with Dentist room, they learn how to brush the teeth.
In the Nursery room, they wore Doctor clothes, and learn how to change baby diapers, do some weighing. A surgery clothes, complete with hat and mask was wore and Josh got to learn about internal Organ. Finished with UGD Room, learn to hear the heart beat.
At the end of the program, all children get the Certificate.

Since the children was grouping, it's better if we came in a group with the similar age also.
It's because each children age will react differently, let say's a small kid's tend to play while the older kid's more serious.

End of Year School Holiday - Dec2014 to Jan2015

Josh have three weeks school holiday, mama start to think what we can do.
We could not have any out of town holiday, cause Daddy was working.

So, meet and greet a friend shall be a good idea. Mom and son got to socialized ;).
