Josh after Holiday

My lil Josh body condition dropped after holiday end - Friday.
He got mild fever starting Saturday and up and down then going high on Sunday.
The worst thing came, he refuses to ate anything, we must persuade and encourage him to ate.
He finally ate very very small portion and after one or twice, he refuse the food and we kept changing it.
Why I said it's worst, cause he refuse all his favorite food.

If by the Monday morning nothing changed, then we will hospitalized him to get infusion.
Somehow I feel better he could stayed at home, cause it's more comforting and to have infusion on his tiny hand is not a very nice experience. Therefore I kept helping him to swallow his food, hope it's turn better by the day goes by.
