Our little home renovation Done!
A lot of things need to be manage also. Bit afraid yet excited and it's like a challenge for me.

Our family holidays wait for us for weak ahead!
Yeah. This year finally we can manage a holiday with my family, mom, and bro and sista.
Hope we could enjoy this first time ever out of town family holiday.

Ocean Dream / Gelanggang Samudra - Ancol Jakarta - A Playdate with Matt

Early Morning I got a blackberry message from Renny (Matt's Mom), she asked whether I would like to joined her visit Gelanggang Samudra - Ocean Dream Samudra - Taman Impian Jaya Ancol.

Worse thing come when I forgot my Mobile phone, not once left in my purse.
In this era, where mobile phone connecting people everywhere, that means, I'm in trouble. How can I kept contact with Renny.
I'm only said that I will wait in front of the gate, while there were two gates.
Anyway, I kept my faith that we will meet somehow.

We arrived by Taxi on 10.30 and let Josh played near the main gate (at the bus stop). After 30 minutes, I decided to took Transit Bus from the Main Gate to Ocean Dream. Since the bus stop on each attraction place, took me around 30 minutes to arrived.

When we arrived, fuih, we finally met, Renny has been patient waiting for me also (both of us wait on the different gate). Anyway, whatever happen, I'm glad that we could finally met.

I guess during normal season, shall be full of passengers.

We started with watching 4D turtle movie. I forgot the title. But Josh and Matt, both of them sit quietly with open wide eyes starred to the screen.

After the 4D movie, we took lunch near the area. Harya (Renny's husband) took care of Matt and Josh while both of mommies enjoyed eating.
I saw matt is a very active boy, enthusiastic, and curious about everything. Josh find his spare mate, therefore they keep running all over the place.

Next destination, we saw the Bird and Sea Lion (Ok, I'm mixed between seal and lion sea. I thought that animal is same, but what I found out, It's different. Correct me if I'm wrong ^^).

Kids, stand in the front. (it's prohibited actually :p)

Matt felt asleep and Renny took him out from the attraction place to duck pool side. See both of them enjoyed seeing the swimming ducky ^^.

Josh and Matt enjoyed the ducky pool.

We end up our day, saw the Dolphin attraction (we saw the last 5 minutes), But yet, we still have the chance to watched dolphin whip out of water several time. The last attraction must be the climax ^^.

Both kids seem to tired, we decided to end up our date. Later on, Daddy pick us on Matt's house.

Tips:
- Check the Schedule of the Show. (I have checked through internet, but somehow, it could change, better called next time). If you bring small kids, while show time, don't sit in middle of crowd, just choose the front seat or the other side area, anticipate if the kids get cranky.
- Bring the Kid's food and lot of Water.
- Bring spare cloth.
- A Stroller help a lot ^^. Must bring if you have.

Two accident in a day just before July ended

My lil josh injured on his back and his head.
One happen in the morning, the other one on the night.
One look like a terrible bruise, while the other bleeding out.
Both giving us a shocked, yet we tried to be cool in front of Josh.
Both of us knew that we couldn't protect our son 24/7, then we being remind once more time, we been giving a chance to keep raising our lil Josh.
After few days, everything back to normal.

What we have in the past, may that became our reminder.
What we have today, may we treasure it.
What we will have in the future, may we keep hope for it.

Visiting my Cousin

Another visitation has been arranged for me.
Mama always thought that introducing me to my relatives from my early age is one of the good thing to do.
Here I am, playing with lil Enders around 1 hour. May I learn how to love the little one.

Choco Cheese Biscuits

Josh's Auntie requested me to baked for her my early Cheese biscuit with additional Choco Chips.

Therefore, I baked another half of the recipe (27July2012), and I found out, Different brand of the product gave a different texture.

Here the brand that I used for previous recipe:

Cheese - Kraft

Butter - Anchor (unsalted)

Flour - Segitiga Biru.

Then, I change the Brand of Cheese and Butter (the Price-more expensive) to:

Cheese - Bega

Butter - Elle Vire

Plus I put a choco chips - from Chollatta 

I found out:

1. The Elle Vire butter easily soften. Make the dough easily crush and hard to shape.

2. On baking time, When the biscuits turn golden, I need to reduce the temperature around 120 degree and let them bake more to make the inside of the biscuit dried. But this way make the biscuits really crisp.

Beside the hardly shape dough, has a bittersweet taste cause of chocolate, Anyway, I love it ^^..  Since Josh familiar with the bitter chocolate, therefore he love it also when I gave him a try.

What I learn from baking? - Keep on trying till I found the most suitable recipe for me ^^ Gambatte.

Last week, We have another great time during the night.
Only 15 minutes drive from our home to her office, wuhuuu, no traffic jam at all.
Having a good talk while dinner.
Thanks for the treat auntie. You surely gave Mama a smile and warm her heart.

PlayGround in the Mall

Whenever we visit Living World in Alam Sutera Tangerang, We couldn't miss the playground inside Acehardware.

Big enough for the children while waiting for their parent searching stuff around. but I accompanied him as sometime the older children play on rush.

Anyway, hard to find a free outdoor playground in Jakarta unless you live in apartment which provide the facility.
