Josh has a school break for 3 days after mid term test.
When I asked Calvin whether we could have a one night stay for holiday, He said yes.
Yihaaaa, I searched for hotel and I remember about Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort.
Just opened this year, have a good reviewed and the price for Sunday to Monday stay was still within our range, we booked it through Raja Kamar.
After Sunday Sermon, we headed to Puncak area.
We won't pass a traffic jam area as the Royal Tulip located in the lower part of Puncak - so do not expect the cold wheather.
Cause at the day time, we can saw the sign and the road was quite easy. But at the night, for the first timer, the road might be a little bit to dark, but still you can asked help from waze or google map hehehe.
We arrived at 12pm, and the check in time was on 3pm. We can used the facility, but yeah, we need to wait for the room.
As we planned only to enjoyed the hotel and we know the restaurant price was for 5star standard, then we bring food - Nasi Padang - with us only for lunch. Hahaha.
We looked at the children playground and voilaaa, we spotted a familiar face, then I knew the children were from Domba Kristus and one of them was Josh's friend. They stayed one day too and will be check out, there were 7 families (in their group). I sent message to the head of our family group, wishing our group could having a family time together also *grin*. We than planned for january, wishing it will come true also.
After lunch, Josh asked for swimming time. Ok, to kill the time we let him swim. But then rain start to pour, but seem there was no lightning, we let him continue to swim. Then it begin a heavy rain, we asked him to stop. We spot one boy still playing. Josh also beg us to let him swim again. Ok, we know it's will be fun if you swim with friend, here Josh back to the pool.
Later on, they become a good friend. That Boy names Aria, he live in Cipinang, he almost 12 years old and this was his second time stay there. He told us that he only have one big brother in university. As he also studied in the other branch of the school, so, he start to told us about his study etc.
We also found out he was a good boy where he can guiding Josh and also act like a big brother for Josh. They having a good time for 2 days. Too bad, I forgot to asked his phone number, so, we kinda lost connection now.
After swimming time, we can check in, and clean our self then fall asleep until noon time.
Oh and the room was as describe ^^
For the night, we choose to ate at the Hotel restaurant.
We pick the Burger and Oxtail Soup from the menu. The portion and the taste is worth the price and I like how it taste.
Chit chat, playing, enjoying the night mountain view, it how we spend the night.
At 5am in the morning, I awake, and watched how the sky turn colour. Love it.
I wake them up at 6am, then we have a walk around the Hotel.
Calvin and Josh start to swim, while mama can only envy them, I got my period arggggg..... whyyy need to be now hiks.
At 8.30 we having a breakfast.
The variation was ok for me. I like the breakfast :). It's taste nice and love the fruit serve.
The boy came to our table and having a talk with Josh then they go to swimming again.
While Calvin and me, having our time.
It's near check out time now.
We surely miss our stay there.
Overall, me and Calvin like the place but we will choose other than weekend.
